Vincent’s career with Soufflet Malt has taken him to eight countries, from Hungary, Romania and Ukraine to Kazakhstan and Germany. Starting out as a food engineer, he has trained in finance and strategy and worked in procurement and supply chain.
Shaped by rich global experience and continuous learning, his career reflects what’s possible at Soufflet Malt.

Chloe interned with us during her degree, then returned for a work-study apprenticeship while completing a master’s in marketing and communication. Her recent appointment as Internal Communications Associate reflects her progress and our commitment to support early-career growth.

At 16, Kyrsten spent her summers testing barley and wheat samples. Years later, she joined Bairds Malt through our graduate programme, rotating across malting facilities in the UK. A biochemist by profession, she credits a supportive environment, strong mentorship, and leadership opportunities for her rise from technical roles to General Manager, and now Operations Director.
